Jeff Johnson, Project Engineer for Sierra Foothills Construction Company, has overseen the completion of many large projects. With over 20 years experience, Jeff maintains a diligent work ethic and extraordinary professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, and subcontractors. He is efficient and detail oriented in the execution of daily problem solving and is very skilled at building and maintaining a cohesive team with the various on-site subcontractors.

Jeff achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council and possesses a thorough understanding of green building principles and familiarity with the LEED requirements and certification process. This accreditation adds a very important and valuable skill set to the Sierra Foothills Construction Company Team.

Wendy Schutt brings over 26 years of business operations and administration experience to the management team. She has held key positions in civil engineering, land development, construction and design/ build firms. Her current responsibilities include contract administration, acquisition of permits, utilities coordination, purchasing, project cost accounting, project billing, project close-out, and warranty.

Kirk McCauley is Project Superintendent for Sierra Foothills Construction Company. Kirk has over 30 years of construction experience with 26 years as Superintendent for Sierra Foothills Construction Company. Kirk’s ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and to motivate his subcontractors and employees is key to his success.

As Superintendent, Kirk provides his full professional and personal attention to every project. His years of experience in the construction industry has given Kirk the skills to foresee potential problems in advance, and develop pro-active solutions to maintain the projects schedule and budget. Over the years, Cristyn has become an integral part of Sierra Foothills Construction Company. Her relentless attention to detail and quest for perfection are vital to our successful project management process. Cristyn’s previous 16 years experience as manager and controller of a local truss manufacturer has been instrumental in her role as project coordinator.
